HyperCat is a cosy cat to look after a little every day. Fill the food bowl, pour the milk, give a stroke behind the ears, and when your cat gets sleepy, let it curl up on its cushion by the fire. Hunger, thirst and energy drift down slowly in real time, so one calm visit a day is plenty, and your cat's bond grows with every stroke, meal and walk. Take it out into the Sunny garden, then on to the Flower paths and the Pond trail as your walks add up: steer with one thumb, collect feathers, flowers, shells and apples for the walk journal, pounce on the odd butterfly, and greet the stray cats Pip, Clover and Maple on the way. Walks, journal pages and catches earn new coats, 24 in all, with five eye colours. HyperCat is free to play; one purchase, Unlock everything, adds a home for up to three cats who walk together, the Woods and Night walks, and every coat to wear straight away. No ads and no currency.

Through the flower arch after three walks: bees, clover and a butterfly clearing.

Past the round pond after six walks: dragonflies, water lilies and a tiny shell at the far end.
