Delete Your HyperBarons: Co-op Strategy Data

How to request deletion

1. In the game: update HyperBarons: Co-op Strategy to the latest version, open Settings, scroll to Your Data and tap Delete my data. Your data is removed straight away.
2. By email: if you cannot use the button, copy the Player ID shown under Settings → Your Data and email it to &body=Hi%20Hyper%20Hollow%20Games%2C%0A%0APlease%20delete%20the%20data%20associated%20with%20my%20HyperBarons%3A%20Co-op%20Strategy%20player%20ID.%0A%0APlayer%20ID%20(from%20Settings%2C%20Your%20Data%20in%20the%20game)%3A%0A%0AGame%3A%20HyperBarons%3A%20Co-op%20Strategy%0A%0AThank%20you." class="text-primary font-semibold no-underline hover:underline">[email protected]. We hold no names or email addresses, so the Player ID is the only way we can find your data. If your version does not show one, tell us and we will help.
3. We will confirm an emailed request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR Art. 12(3).
4. If you want your local device data gone too, uninstall HyperBarons: Co-op Strategy. Uninstalling Android apps clears their local storage.

What gets deleted

We remove everything tied to your Player ID from our Hetzner-hosted backend:

• Your pseudonymous Player ID record
• Arena rating and match record, if you played the arena
• Gold balance and aggregate lifetime counters (earned, bought, spent)
• Gold transaction log (amounts, types, sources, timestamps)
• In-game inventory (purchased store items and their quantities)
• Cross-game linkage associated with the same Player ID

What is retained and why

Some records are held by third parties or required for legal reasons. They are outside our direct control:

• Google Play purchase receipts — retained by Google under their own policy for tax, refund, and fraud-prevention purposes. Manage at play.google.com/store/account.
• Google Play Games profile (leaderboard scores, achievements) — tied to your Google account, not to us. Manage at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
• Google Play Console crash reports — retained by Google for up to 180 days. We do not control this retention period.
• Server logs on our Hetzner backend — IP addresses and request metadata are retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then purged automatically.
• Anonymised analytics aggregates — if your data was included in any aggregated totals before deletion, we retain the aggregates because they no longer identify you.

Account deletion

HyperBarons: Co-op Strategy does not require an account to play. Deleting your data therefore removes the pseudonymous player record rather than an account. If you also want to sign out of Google Play Games, do so from inside Android Settings or the Google Play Games app.
